The More Acurate Photo of the Day

First Snowy Day of the Winter Season

Building Blocks

Today Carson built with blocks and impressed me with his capabilities. His imagination of his own towers is amazing. He is so inspirational sometimes...he keeps trying and trying to get it just right. If only I had that will power (he must get that trait from his father); although he does have a temper too (another trait from his father)...lol. Here is a picture of his tower today. Enjoy! We love you dad!

Potty Training

We have officially begun potty training Carson. We began on a Friday when Dave was home and worked on it all weekend. By Monday Carson was telling us he had to go to the potty...YEAH! Now onto keeping up our good stride. Way to go Carson. And Happy 2.5 years old last weekend!

homeschool on Sunday

Carson loves to wear the lid to his puzzle...we will call it his "thinking cap".
Learning the letter Ss with Playdo!

Carson finds letters and recognizes them with his melissa and doug latches board.

Carson learns his colors while tossing the colored bean bags in the hullahoop. Still doesn't know all his colors, but we are trying.

First Official Kissell Post

Well this is my first time blogging about our life here on the home grounds of Harrison Pike . I thought this would be a great way of getting some of my journaling thoughts down and big events in our life posted for us to read later in life. It is a Saturday morning and the boys are in bed. I have a moment of peace just thinking what we will do today. If Carson has a good morning, I plan to go get more flowers and free paper towels....haha. Eventful morning of a mom. I know. Later we plan on taking a ride in our new van to lake wanoka (sp?) with my mom and dad. Should be an eventful day! Off to get breakfast going and toy stations out for my little man.
